We are searching for Mystery Shoppers to develop projects aimed at improving Sales inside our channel of clients of national and international relevance.
Reporting to the Business Unit Supervisor, this resource will be in charge of anonymously monitoring the respect for standards in Visual Merchandising and good practices of the sale process inside Fashion stores.

Our ideal candidate should have the following requirements:
– High school diploma Degree;
– Good knowledge of Office and ability to use PC.
– Reliability and Seriousness;
– Motivation to start a constant collaboration over the year;
– Proactivity and desire to work inside the field of specialized training.

Interviewer

We are searching for Interviewers that can manage projects of Market Analysis in the Retail world.
They should periodically interview brand leaders of international importance.

Our ideal candidate should have the following requirements:
– Previous experience as Hostess or Consumer Interviewer for market surveys would be preferable
– Possession of smartphone or tablet with internet connection
– Reliability and interest in acquiring specialized knowledges in the field
– Excellent communicative skills and motivation to achieve results.

Retail Trainer

After a period of on-the-job training, our resource will develop projects oriented to empower competencies inside a specific Business Unit, covering the following main responsibilities:
– Planning of interventions to empower competencies related to vertical themes (sales) and horizontal ones (relational, HR management, marketing, organizational);
– Consistent planning of practical exercises and teaching tools to use during the interventions aimed at developing competencies.
– Support to choose efficient teaching methodologies in line with client’s needs;
– Coordination and management of teaching sessions about marketing&sales topics;
– Acquisition of competencies about specific tools to empower competencies – Made to Sell exclusive rights;
– Writing of final reports about interventions of empowerment, elaboration of results related to satisfaction, back office activities;

Our ideal candidate should have the following requirements:
– BA or MA in Marketing, I/O Psychology or Education Sciences;
– Post-graduate course on Specialized topics;
– Working experience: at least 3 years in teaching activities about commercial topics or relational and marketing topics;
– Knowledge of fluent English, written and oral;
– This profile will be completed by a strong motivation.

Sales Representative | Agent

We are searching for a new resource as Sales Representative. This resources will work for an environment that is expanding very quickly and directly reports to our Management. After a period of on-the-job training, the goal will be that of developing a client portfolio and of making interventions as consultant in relation to specific areas, by covering the following main responsibilities:

– Management and development of a User and Client portfolio together with commercial activities on PMI and Corporates;
– Reinforcement and implementation of commercial development projects;
– Development of commercial planning in several strategic fields;
– Acquisition of competencies thanks to specific empowerment tools, Made to Sell exclusive rights;
– Active participation to team and department results.

Our ideal candidate should have the following requirements:
– Working experience of 1-2 years at least, in selling activities to business;
– Proactivity and focus on goals;
– Excellent negotiating and relational skills;
– Enasarco Member (National Assistance Board for Commercial Agents and Representatives).

University internship in Psychology

In collaboration with the University of Florence, we welcome new graduates in Psychology to collocate inside our Assessment Area to attend their internship.
This resource will follow selection and research projects, evaluation of potential projects and development of new retail tools.
This resource will join the planning of teaching interventions and, together with our tutors, will follow interventions during class and final reports.

Our ideal candidate should have the following requirements:
– BA or MA in Psychology;
– Professional path oriented to learning and development in Human Resources;
– Proactivity and enthusiasm in working with companies of international importance;
– Residence in Florence (IT) is mandatory;
– This stage/internship could last 6 months.
