We are searching for a new resource as Sales Representative. This resources will work for an environment that is expanding very quickly and directly reports to our Management. After a period of on-the-job training, the goal will be that of developing a client portfolio and of making interventions as consultant in relation to specific areas, by covering the following main responsibilities:
– Management and development of a User and Client portfolio together with commercial activities on PMI and Corporates;
– Reinforcement and implementation of commercial development projects;
– Development of commercial planning in several strategic fields;
– Acquisition of competencies thanks to specific empowerment tools, Made to Sell exclusive rights;
– Active participation to team and department results.
Our ideal candidate should have the following requirements:
– Working experience of 1-2 years at least, in selling activities to business;
– Proactivity and focus on goals;
– Excellent negotiating and relational skills;
– Enasarco Member (National Assistance Board for Commercial Agents and Representatives).
